I believe our everyday stories are worth documenting, creativity should be fun, and there is always room for a little more color!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOriginally from Venezuela (with an Argentinian mom!), I now live in Omaha, Nebraska with my husband, our kids, our two dogs, Astro Lio and Indie Luna… and a gecko I somehow always forget to mention. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eScrapbooking started as something I simply loved to do, but over the years it has opened doors I never imagined. Today, I have the opportunity to create for some of my favorite papercrafting brands, teach virtual and in-person classes, travel to creative events, design projects, and—one of my favorite parts—connect with an incredible community of people who love paper and memory keeping as much as I do.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMy Creative Style \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMy projects are \u003cstrong\u003ecolorful, layered, dimensional, and full of stories\u003c\/strong\u003e. I love fussy cutting, machine stitching, mixing textures and materials, and finding creative ways to add pockets and interactive elements for photos, journaling, and little pieces of memorabilia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI’m also a big believer in \u003cstrong\u003ecreative goal setting\u003c\/strong\u003e. I love paper planners, making plans, setting goals, and finding ways to turn those big creative dreams into things I can actually accomplish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eA Few Things About Me \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePink is my favorite color. Coffee is basically a crafting supply. Sweets are my weakness. I love Disney princesses, baseball, and soccer—and I am \u003cem\u003enot\u003c\/em\u003e a quiet sports fan. 😂 I work full time in hospitality, which means most of the Andrea Lake Creates magic happens at night. I am absolutely a night-owl crafter!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBut more than anything, I love \u003cstrong\u003estories and people\u003c\/strong\u003e.
