As I welcome 2026, I find myself feeling deeply grateful, reflective, and excited for what’s ahead. Before fully stepping into this new creative year, I wanted to pause and look back at everything 2025 held — the projects, the classes, the events, and most importantly, the connections.
I recently hosted a YouTube Live where I shared a full recap of my 2025 creative journey, including projects from both in-person and virtual events and classes. From mini albums to layouts, teaching moments to behind-the-scenes stories, it was such a special way to honor a year that was full of growth and learning.

Slowing Down with Purpose in 2026
This year looks a little different — and very intentionally so. While I’ll still be creating and teaching, 2026 will be a bit slower in terms of events, as I continue working full time and prioritize what matters most: my family.
I already have a mini trip planned to visit my parents this Spring, along with a couple of family trips with my husband and kids, and I’m really looking forward to creating memories outside the craft room. That balance — creativity and real life — is something I’m leaning into more than ever this year.
Continuing to Create with the Brands I Love
Even with a slower pace, I’m incredibly grateful to continue working with brands that inspire me and feel like home. In 2026, I’ll be creating as part of the creative teams for: Simple Stories, Scrapbook & Cards Today, and Catherine Pooler Designs
These collaborations allow me to keep sharing ideas, techniques, and inspiration while staying true to my style and creative approach.
Events Already on the Calendar
While fewer, there are some very special events happening in 2026 that I’m excited to be part of (I am hoping to confirm a few more):
Each of these events represents connection, creativity, and community — the heart of why I teach.
A Gentle Return to YouTube
One of my personal goals for 2026 is to reconnect with YouTube in a way that feels manageable and fun. I’m hoping to:
Share at least one process video each month
Go live a couple of times throughout the year
No pressure, no perfection — just showing up, creating, and sharing the process.
Making It Easier to Create Along with Me
Another intention for 2026 is to make my creative process even more accessible and easy to follow. As I share projects throughout the year — on YouTube, Instagram, and during events — I’ll also be creating product lists for each project with all the supplies I’m using.
These lists will include direct links, so if something catches your eye or inspires your next project, you can easily find it and create along with me. You’ll be able to access these links in my Instagram bio and right here on the blog whenever a new project goes live.
My goal is to remove the guesswork and help you spend less time searching for supplies — and more time enjoying the creative process.
Looking Ahead
I’m truly excited for another creative year — one that’s rooted in intention, balance, and joy. Thank you for being here, for supporting my work, and for sharing this creative journey with me. Whether you’ve been following along for years or you’re brand new, I’m so grateful for you.
Here’s to 2026 — creating memories, telling stories, and enjoying every step along the way.
